What runs on it
Four modules, one set of books
Financial core and HR & payroll run inside ZensERP today. CRM & sales and live sessions run through two sibling products, sharing the same identity and company records.
Financial core
Every rupee, on one ledger.
- Invoices, payments and credit notes post to the same books
- Trial balance, ageing and outstanding reports out of the box
- One chart of accounts, shared across every company
- A confirmed document reverses — it is never edited or deleted
HR & payroll
Staff records through to payslip.
- Employee records, salary history and effective dating
- Payroll runs down to individual payslips
- Attendance register with leave requests and balances
- Access scoped by role, per company
CRM & sales
Leads through to a signed deal.
- Leads, deals and commission tracking
- Handled by ZensLead, our sibling CRM product
- Shares your identity and company records — not a second login
- Built against the same accounts as your ledger
Live sessions
Sessions that report back to the office.
- Attendance and activity sync back to HR and finance
- Handled by ZensLearn, our sibling sessions product
- Runs under your own domain, not a third-party player
- Session rosters follow your onboarding records
Getting started
Three steps to a running system
Set up your companies
Create your legal entities, chart of accounts and fiscal calendars — the foundation every screen below is scoped to.
Add users & roles
Invite your team and assign the permissions that decide what each of them can see and post.
Run finance, HR & CRM
Invoice, pay, run payroll and manage leads — all under one roof, on one set of books.
Financial core
One set of books, however many companies
One chart of accounts, every company on it.
Each company in your group is its own legal entity with its own accounts, but they roll up to a single chart — no reconciling five spreadsheets into one board pack.
Fiscal calendars set per company.
A branch that closes its year in June and a branch that closes in December run on the same ledger without either one bending to fit the other.
Permissions scoped by role, not by trust.
A coordinator sees the branch they run. A finance officer sees the company they post to. What a person can see follows their role, automatically.
One trail for every confirmed document.
Draft, confirmed, void — a correction is a reversal plus a new entry, never a silent edit. The trail an auditor asks for is the trail that already exists.
“Same rupee, wherever it's posted” — the rule the ledger is built around, not a slogan added after the fact.
HR & payroll
Staff records through to payslip
Salary history that doesn't overwrite itself.
A raise or promotion is a new effective-dated row, not an edit to the old one — payroll for March still runs on March's numbers even after April's raise is entered.
One run, every payslip in the company.
A payroll run generates every payslip at once, and any one of them opens on its own screen with its own breakdown — nothing to reconcile by hand afterwards.
Attendance and leave feed the same register.
Leave requests, balances and the daily attendance register live in one place, so payroll doesn't need a second export before it can run.
CRM & sales
In buildLeads through to a signed deal
One identity, not a second login.
ZensLead shares Core's person and organisation records through a nullable link — a lead who converts becomes a customer without their details being re-entered.
Deals land on the account already in your ledger.
Lead, qualified, won — the pipeline stages map onto the same accounts and companies Financial core invoices against, so nothing gets re-keyed by hand.
Built alongside the ledger, not bolted onto it.
CRM & sales ships as ZensLead, a sibling product with its own database — sold on its own to organizations who never touch the rest of ZensERP, shared with yours when you run both.
Reporting
The numbers your board asks for, already built
Reports read from the same ledger your team posts to — there is no overnight export, no separate warehouse, no second copy of the truth to keep in sync.
- Trial balance, generated on demand, always in balance
- Outstanding, broken down by customer and by invoice
- Ageing buckets that match how your finance officer already sorts collections
White label
Your brand. Your domain. Your users.
The nav, the login screen and every email your customers receive carries your name and your domain — ZensERP runs underneath, never in the address bar.

What people ask before they switch
Ask us anything else — book a demo and we'll walk through your setupWhat is ZensERP?
An ERP for organizations. Financial core and HR & payroll run today; CRM & sales and live sessions ship as sibling products sharing the same identity and company records.
Who is it for?
Organizations running more than one branch, office or business unit who need one ledger instead of five disconnected spreadsheets.
How does implementation work?
Set up your companies and chart of accounts, invite your team, and start posting — most organizations are running finance and HR within a few weeks. Talk to sales for a timeline scoped to your setup.
Can we use our own domain and branding?
Yes — your nav, login screen and outbound email carry your name and your domain. ZensERP runs underneath and never appears in the address bar.
Is CRM & sales usable today?
Not yet. It ships as ZensLead, a sibling product still in build. Financial core and HR & payroll are live now and run independently of it.
Where does customer data live?
Customers and end users authenticate in ZensLearn, our sibling sessions product. Core is the identity provider for staff across ERP and CRM — not for your customers.
What happens to a confirmed invoice if we made a mistake?
It's reversed, then re-entered. A confirmed financial document is never edited or deleted, so the trail an auditor asks for already exists.
Can we run more than one legal entity?
Yes — every company you add gets its own chart of accounts and fiscal calendar, rolling up to one set of books.
Ready to take control of your operations?
Book a demo and we'll set up your own chart of accounts in it, live, on the call.
